No experience is required as we provide all the training you need to grow and develop.

The role of a Junior Property Consultant is to support the Property Partners in delivering an exceptional experience for their clients. This means that you will need to have the following qualities:
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to be deeply empathetic
- Strong computer and ICT skills
- Ability to work long hours to achieve your goals
- Comfortable and confident talking to people you have never met before
You will ideally have had some experience in a sales background but this is not essential.
The role starts at £24,000. Once you have been trained (3 to 6 months) you will be promoted to Property Consultant where you will be able to start earning commission on your activities. This will put your income up to £28,000 to £32,000 depending upon performance. From there you can become a Property Partner earning between £40,000 and £80,000 OTE and finally become a Senior Property Partner where you should achieve over £100,000.
